This study reported up–regulated mRNA levels of IL–27 and IFN–γ in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of ocular toxoplasmosis(OT) patients than in negative controls (NC) individuals. Statistically significant differences were observed between OT and NC groups at p<0.05 and p < 0.0005.
