Borges Silva EA, et al. - This meta-analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between foraminal enlargement (FE) and postoperative pain. In the FE group, postoperative pain was higher compared with conventional endodontic therapy in the first days after treatment in teeth with necrosis and apical periodontitis.
