Evaluating hemodynamic effects of clevidipine in cardiothoracic surgery patients with reduced ejection fraction
Journal of Cardiac Failure Sep 04, 2017
Michalski D, et al. – Clevidipine's hemodynamic effects in post–cardiothoracic surgery patients were assessed, along with the percentage of mean arterial pressure readings at goal, intensive care unit (ICU) and hospital length of stay, presence of arrhythmias, and rehospitalization and mortality within 1 year of follow up. Clevidipine was found to be associated with quick and effective blood pressure management in this patient population, without sustaining adverse effects.
