Catal B, et al. - This study compared two different surgical techniques of endoscopic plantar fascia release viz. deep fascial approach (DFA) versus superficial fascial approach (SFA) with a slotted cannula technique. Compared with DFA, SFA provided better early postoperative scores and it was a relatively faster and safer approach.
