Friedmacher F, et al. - Researchers demonstrated the long-term effectiveness and safety of endoscopic injection of dextranomer/hyaluronic in eradicating high-grade vesicoureteral reflux. Data demonstrated that for grade IV and V vesicoureteral reflux, endoscopic injection of dextranomer/hyaluronic acid was an effective and safe long-term treatment. It could be easily repeated in cases of failure with a high subsequent resolution rate.
