Yang L, et al. - This research incorporated an evaluation of the functional outcome of endoscopic surgery in patients with trigeminal schwannomas (TSs). The endoscopic endonasal approach was demonstrated to be a safe and effective surgical procedure for TSs in pterygopalatine fossa, infratemporal fossa, as well as Meckel cave. Data displayed that tumor resection could be achieved via the endoscope, exhibiting few neurologic deficits and complications.
