Han P, et al. - Herein, the feasibility, validity and safety of submaxillary vestibular approach for endoscope-assisted excision of thyroglossal duct cysts (TDCs) were illustrated. This paper also examined the follow-up results. This technique appeared to be feasible and could be applied effectively and safely displaying good cosmetic results. Hence, this method ought to be recommended as a viable alternative approach for these patients.
