Palumbo A, et al. - This study entailed analysis of the expression of the HMGA family members, HMGA1 and HMGA2 in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC). Findings supported detection of HMGA2 overexpression as a valid tool for the diagnosis of laryngeal malignancies as larynx carcinoma appeared to be strongly characterized by HMGA2 overexpression.
