Choi IJ, et al. - Experts coveted an investigation of the long-term effects of treatment for eradicating Helicobacter pylori on the histologic improvement and the prevention of metachronous gastric cancer in patients who had undergone endoscopic resection of early gastric cancer or high-grade adenoma. Findings reported lower rates of metachronous gastric cancer and more improvement from baseline in the grade of gastric corpus atrophy among subjects with early gastric cancer who received H. pylori treatment compared to patients who received placebo.
