Lopez ME, et al. - The intent of the authors was to inspect the tie-up between cognitive performance and APOE genotype and to examine the potential modifications of this correlation through sociodemographic and neuroanatomical factors among healthy elders. It was reported that the APOE genotype exerted an impact on healthy aged cognition. However, it was found that factors such age or educational attainment possibly modulated its effects.
