Zheng H, et al. - The efficacy of electroacupuncture was comprehensively investigated by the authors for patients with refractory functional dyspepsia (FD). When compared to the sham group, 62% subjects reported adequate relief in the authentic electroacupuncture group. Hence, it was inferred that acupuncture efficaciously improved the dyspeptic symptoms in patients with refractory FD.
