Efficacy of oral cholecalciferol on rhododendrol-induced vitiligo: A blinded randomized clinical trial

Watabe A, et al. - The purpose of this randomized clinical trial was to examine the effects of cholecalciferol on vitiligo caused by rhododendrol (RD). A positive connection was discovered between the improvement scores with serum 25(OH)D3 levels after the 5-month intervention period but not before the treatment. Findings demonstrated that the administration of 5,000 IU cholecalciferol daily to RD vitiligo patients was favorable.
