Jiang RS, et al. - The efficacy of 200 μg/mL amphotericin B (AMB) nasal irrigation was comprehensively analyzed in this trial, as an adjuvant therapy after functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS). The use of this topical agent did not confer any additional benefit compared with saline irrigation, in post-FESS care.
