Glezer M, et al. - The authors undertook a comparative scrutiny of the efficacy and tolerability of the combination of beta-blockers (BBs) with ivabradine vs uptitration of BBs to maximal tolerated dose, in patients with stable angina. Good tolerability and safety were illustrated via combination therapy with ivabradine + BB in patients with stable angina compared to BB uptitration. This combination therapy also led to a more significant clinical improvement.
