Nakagawa H, et al. - This trial substantiated the efficacy and safety of JTE-052 ointment in Japanese adult patients with atopic dermatitis (AD). The findings brought to light a rapid and significant improvement in the clinical signs and symptoms of such patients through the topical JTE-052 application. It demonstrated a favourable safety profile. Hence, topical JTE-052 served as a promising therapeutic option for AD.
