Brams M, et al. - The efficacy, tolerability, and safety of SHP465 mixed amphetamine salts (MAS) in children and adolescents with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) were assessed in this study. Among children and adolescents with ADHD, SHP465 MAS was superior to placebo (PBO) in reducing ADHD symptoms and improving global functioning. The profile of SHP465 MAS was consistent with the known profiles of other stimulants, in terms of safety and tolerability.
