Stevenson-Fernandez MO, et al. - For refractory glaucoma, authors compared the efficacy and safety of pop-titrated vs fixed-energy diode laser trans-scleral cyclophotocoagulation (DLTSC). For the management of refractory glaucoma, pop-titrated DLTSC presented as an effective and safe option. In both the groups, no statistically prominent difference was noted. Nonetheless, a marked higher risk of hypotony in eyes treated with the fixed-energy protocol was seen.
