Ha EJ, et al. - The efficacy and safety of ethanol ablation were evaluated as an alternative treatment to surgery for the branchial cleft cyst. For patients with branchial cleft cysts who refused, or were ineligible for, an operation, ethanol ablation was found to be an effective and safe treatment.
