Lorenzo-Luaces L, et al. - The effects of antidepressant vs mood stabilizer monotherapy on quality of life ratings were investigated in bipolar II subjects during acute (12 weeks) treatment. They revealed that for bipolar II depression, quality of life could be an important secondary outcome to target and measure as a part of comparative clinical trials of pharmacotherapy.
