Afolalu EF, et al. – The clinicians performed this systematic review to examine the effects of sleep changes on pain–related health outcomes in the general population. This meta–analysis consolidated evidence that changes in sleep were prospectively correlated with pain–related outcomes. This study underscored the need for further longitudinal investigations on the long–term effect of sleep improvements.
