Tehranian A, et al. – The impact of salpingectomy on an ovarian function by measuring anti–Mullerian hormone (AMH) is examined in this study. The outcome suggests salpingectomy with abdominal hysterectomy is a safe treatment that does not have a deleterious impact on ovarian reserve.
