Aksu NT, et al. - Researchers examined the changes in sleep quality, sleep state, pain, and quality of life subsequent to a progressive muscle relaxation training program in patients who underwent pulmonary resection. Findings reported a preventive effect of progressive muscle relaxation against the decline in patient-reported sleep quality following pulmonary resection.
