Li W, et al. - This trial incorporated an inquiry of the effects of insulin lispro mix 25 (LM25) and insulin lispro mix 50 (LM50) on postprandial glucose excursion among subjects with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Data exhibited that the LM50 regimen caused notably smaller postprandial glycemic excursions than the LM25 regimen. A better glycemic excursion control could be obtained after breakfast and dinner via LM50 compared to LM25 in T2DM patients.
