Nakatsukasa K, et al. - The effectiveness of denosumab in postmenopausal Japanese women with osteoporosis treated with an aromatase inhibitor (AI) was determined. Biannual treatment with denosumab was linked to a significant increase in bone mineral density (BMD) in Japanese women receiving adjuvant AI therapy, independent of a history of AI therapy.
