Partridge ACR, et al. - The efficacy of systemic therapy (systemic corticosteroids, cyclosporine, biologics, and oral dapsone) for pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) was reviewed by the authors. They noted that in treating PG, systemic corticosteroids, cyclosporine, infliximab, and canakinumab had the most evidence. Biologics could benefit the patients with concurrent IBD.
