Wu P, et al. - The real-world effectiveness of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) immunoprophylaxis was determined in a population-based cohort to inform policy. In order to decrease hospitalization, RSV immunoprophylaxis was found to be effective. As per findings, this association was greatest for infants with chronic lung disease, a group recommended for receipt under the new AAP guidelines.
