Amiche MA, et al. - In this study, an estimation was performed of the effectiveness of oral bisphosphonates in reducing fracture risk in a cohort of new chronic oral glucocorticoid users. As per evidence gained, osteoporotic fractures were reduced with early initiation of oral bisphosphonates during the chronic glucocorticoid therapy.
