Stecklein SR, et al. - The effectiveness and long-term side effects of definitive groin radiotherapy were examined in patients with vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and grossly involved inguinal lymph nodes. In this work, the high-dose volume-directed radiotherapy resulted in a high rate of local control. The risk of serious long-term toxic effects was low with this therapy in these patients.
