Amsbaugh MJ, et al. - The reserchers, herein, evaluated the impact of increasing the time to definitive radiotherapy (RT) in individuals with oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). It was reported that increasing the time prior to the RT for oropharyngeal SCC patients correlated with nodal progression and increased dangers of distant failure, although not the progression-free survival (PFS) or overall survival (OS) in the study cohort.
