International Journal of Nursing Studies Jul 27, 2021
Li J, Liu Y, Jiang J, et al. - Researchers conducted this systematic review and meta-analysis to assess how telehealth interventions influence the quality of life of cancer survivors, and to compare the effectiveness of different types. Findings revealed effectiveness of telehealth interventions for improving quality of life of cancer survivors. These interventions serve as alternative methods to achieve better quality of life in cancer survivors. Application-based intervention was revealed as the most effective approach. Website-based intervention was the most commonly employed one. In terms of intervention durations, the most effective was short-term telehealth intervention.
