Fang SY, et al. - The postural impact of upright and prolonged supine positions on intraocular pressure (IOP) in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) patients was evaluated herein. It was determined that the increase in mean IOP when changing from sitting to supine position was notably higher in OSAS patients in both the right eye (RE) and left eye (LE).
