Kamel A, et al. - This investigation was pursued to elucidate the impact of intramural fibroids on uterine and endometrial vascularity in infertile women scheduled for in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Significantly increased endometrial vascularity was reported in these subjects in association with the presence of intramural fibroids > 4 cm. This could have an impact on IVF outcome.
