Choi SW, et al. - The intention of the authors was to scrutinize the efficacy of intercostal nerve block (ICBN) and nephrostomy tract infiltration (NTI) with ropivacaine in patients undergoing tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy (TPCNL). Based on the results, it was inferred that NTI was safe and effective in alleviating early postoperative pain in the patients.
