Ingul CB, et al. - In obese children, the comparison of the impacts of high intensity interval training (HIIT), moderate intensity continuous training (MICT) and nutrition advice interventions on resting left ventricular (LV) peak systolic tissue velocity (S') revealed that HIIT and MICT were superior to nutrition advice only for improving resting LV systolic function, when implemented for 12 weeks.
