Lemoine A, et al. - The effects of cyproheptadine (CYP) on changes in weight and height were investigated in children with Silver-Russell syndrome (SRS). In patients with SRS with significant improvements in growth velocity and nutritional status before initiation of growth hormone therapy, CYP could be effective.
