Aruga S, et al. - This study ascertained the impact of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) shunt surgery for idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH) on outcomes of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and urodynamic test results. Findings demonstrated a frequent association of iNPH with LUTS and both storage and voiding dysfunctions. LUTS and storage dysfunction were reported to be improved after CSF shunt surgery, which had limited impacts on voiding dysfunction.
