Cheng YY, et al. - This retrospective cohort study was performed to examine the relationship between the statin dosage and the development of spinal degenerative joint diseases. In patients with hypercholesterolaemia, a higher dosage of statins could reduce the incidence of spinal degenerative joint disease. Furthermore, it could be beneficial for people with a higher risk of spine degeneration.
