Tillmann T, et al. - This study resolved to determine if educational attainment served as a causal risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. The proposition that low education was a causal risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease was affirmed in this research. Smoking, body mass index, and blood lipids possibly presented as the potential mechanisms. In conjunction with previous, the yielded data indicated that increasing education could cause significant health benefits.
