Pla SS, et al. – This observational prospective study aims to describe the safety of an early discharge in Mild Acute Pancreatitis (MAP). In accurately selected patients with MAP, early discharge is feasible, safe and efficient and leads to a decrease in median stay with the ensuring savings per process and with no increase in readmissions or in morbi–mortality.
