Yang CB, et al. – Aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical value of dual–energy spectral CT in the quantitative assessment of microvascular invasion of small hepatocellular carcinoma. The obtained data indicates that dual–energy Spectral CT provides additional quantitative parameters than conventional CT to enhance the differentiation between small hepatocellular carcinoma with and without microvascular invasion.
