Bhaijee F, et al. - The purpose of this study was to determine the histologic clues for the diagnosis of drug-induced hepatitis. In the absence of significant hepatocellular inflammation or injury, the presence of sinusoidal PASD + Kupffer cell aggregates served as the histologic hallmark of resolving drug-induced hepatitis.
