Journal of Neuroimmunology Nov 22, 2017
Mazdeh M, et al. - Patients with relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) were compared with healthy controls with respect to the expression of TYK2, CBLB and LMP7 genes at both mRNA and protein levels. In this study, the usefulness of expression analysis of TYK2, CBLB and LMP7 genes was suggested for assessment of T cells immunity and clinical response to IFNβ-therapy in RRMS patients.
