Bornhede R, et al. - Researchers analyzed the Stockholm pregnancy cohort for assessing the effects of dolutegravir on HIV-positive women and their infants. In this retrospective study, they observed no gross malformations. Antiretroviral prophylaxis was administered to all infants and on follow-up, all of these tested negative. They detected no increased maternal or infant morbidity of dolutegravir during pregnancy.
