Duru N, et al. – The Valsalva maneuver's effect was comprehensively assessed on corneal morphology and anterior chamber parameters, in patients with keratoconus. The findings displayed that the Valsalva maneuver did not typically result in any marked change in corneal morphology, during corneal topography imaging.
