Claro G, et al. - The incidence of extracapsular extension following needle biopsy vs surgical adenectomy in patients suspected of metastatic lymph node of melanoma was evaluated in this study. Hence, in patients with suspected adenopathy accessible surgically, surgical adenectomy was preferred.
