Shiri R, et al. - The upshot of leisure time physical activity was investigated on the non-specific low back pain (LBP). The findings disclosed that leisure time physical activity could reduce the risk of chronic LBP by 11%-16%. The interpretation of this data ought to be done cautiously due to limitations of the original studies. The validation of this study would yield significant public health implications.
