Welsford M, et al. - This study assessed the benefit and optimal timing of early coronary angiography (CAG) in comatose out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patients with return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). Consistent evidence of very low quality indicated an association of early CAG (<24 hours) with significantly higher survival and better neurologic outcomes.
