Chevance G, et al. - This research assessed the links between implicit attitudes toward physical activity and sedentary behavior, and physical activity behavior measured 4 months later in obese adults. An association was observed between favorable implicit attitudes toward physical activity at baseline and a greater likelihood to present higher physical activity levels at follow-up.
