An Y, et al. - Study's objective was to find out whether distinct molecular subtypes of uterine leiomyosarcoma (ULMS) respond differently to chemotherapy treatment. In this study, two distinct molecular subtypes of ULMS were recognized. These molecular subtypes respond differently to chemotherapy treatment. This study gave insight into the ULMS intrinsic molecular subtypes. Findings would facilitate the development of subtype-specific diagnosis biomarkers and therapy strategies for these tumors.
