The fibroid pseudocapsule is a distinct fibrovascular sheath that provides a blood supply to a uterine myoma. To minimize blood loss amid minimally invasive myomectomy, it is essential to dissect beneath the pseudocapsule and excise the myoma from this vascular sheath.
